The MISTER USA Foundation (MUSAF) is a multifaceted organization that focuses on some of the most pressing needs of our time. By mobilizing and leveraging the powerful voice and creative talents of the pageant and entertainment industries, as well as cultivating the support of (public and private) organizations and philanthropists committed to social responsibility, MUSAF builds awareness and raises funds---- providing annual grants to non-profit humanitarian organizations on the local, national and global level that facilitate positive change
